NeuroMusic Conference See More
LIVELab hosts an annual NeuroMusic Conference and Keynote Concert. Organized by the McMaster Institute for Music and the Mind, the scientific conference welcomes prominent international music cognition researchers to present their latest studies to an audience of psychologists, neuroscientists, musicians, educators, graduate and undergraduate students, and interested community members.

The McMaster Institute for Music and the Mind hosts a monthly Seminar/Journal Club. The purpose of the club is for MIMM members and other interested people from different areas to meet to discuss recent papers of broad interest in the field of music cognition.

LIVELab provides public tours for groups and individuals interested in viewing and experiencing the technologies at use in the lab.
Public tours are run once every two to three weeks, depending on the number of studies or events that require time in the lab. Tours take about 30 to 45 minutes.
